I think without At The Mountains of Madness there wouldn't have been the Thing. Weird that such an influential story has never been able to be made.

- Mixed feelings on Lovecraft. Other people working with his ideas come out much better, because he couldn't write for shit.garbage
- And there's the whole white supremacy racist thing.. and he was a proto-incel whose cosmic horror was that nobody would fuck him.garbage
- By all accounts he was a pretty messed up guy. But I like a lot of the horror ideas that he created. The Thing is pretty much a Lovecraftian story.PhanLo
