  Does anyone know how to get started growing Microgreens or other quick sprouting Vegetables / Fruits ?

  for microgreens just grow them in a humidity dome with some seedling mix. For bigger stuff start them in a dome and get into good quality soil once they're established then harden them off by gradually getting them into full sun.

  you can buy or make your own dome - if you live somewhere really cold get a heat mat and grow on your windowsill.
