Changes will arrive quickly for Facebook's mobile apps and "in the next few months" for the desktop site.

its very ugly, it looks like a kidz version of it.
The Fall has begun.
- so for you facebook is the beginning?monospaced
- I also can't imagine how you concluded it's "very ugly" though.monospaced
- I dont know where I wrote that FB is "the beginning" and i find it very ugly, its my opinion, yes.Bennn
- “Has begun”
With Facebook?monospaced - Am I that bad in english?Bennn
- when you say something has begun, it's implying that it's the beginning or the startmonospaced
- ... I didnt wrote 'Facebook has begun' I wrote the fall has begun, implying, the beggining of the end of somethingBennn
- Yes, you implied it was the beginning of something, starting with this redesign of Facebook.monospaced

"Facebook is redesigning its core app around the two parts people actually like to use - Events and groups are taking center stage as Facebook moves away from the News Feed"
- zaq2
did they just copy QBN?
- monNom1
Imagine that! You pollute the newsfeed with utter bullshit, and, as if by magic, nobody uses it anymore.
- ideaist0
Regardless of said design, it's still ONLY your mom and your wife (mother of your children) on the platform.
Luckily this prick owns multiple platforms that he can slither between.
QBN is anonymous internet but a common bond of industry, thinking, etc.
The overarching internet has lost this feeling.
Not sure what will rule the day...
Based on Sunday night, probably Arya Stark.
- Final straw in my FB existence was my girlfriend asking (bitching) why I wouldn't friend her aunt.section_014

Twitter has replaced Facebook for me. I never really used Facebook to post shit or to communicate with people. The main thing I always done with FB was using it as a content aggregator, like an RSS feed to follow bands, tv shows, companies, tech news, news.. etc. etc.
We once were able to create lists to classify the pages we follow, but Facebook erased that option a long time ago now.
And then they implemented an algorythm and some AI that was supposed to know what I want to see. The feed slowly became a huge mess of nonsense, burrying posts in the abysses, so you would see 23 posts from that news outlet page and no post from that band you're following, even if they posted 3 things in the last days...
And Facebook is growing into a big monster with so many functions and sections and options, its getting out of control.
Twitter have lists to classify the things we follow and we can set the feed to be in chronological order. And there's no bullshit surrounding the feed, it's a feed, thats it.
