I love Brit Marling
Will watch that show for sure.
She said she've been working on this since 2 years.

OMG i love Brit Marling. Another Earth was incredible. I Origins and Sound of My Voice are also really good. She picks really interesting alt projects. I'd dump my boyfriend for a chance with her. <3

Watch The East if you haven't, she's great in it.

''‘The OA’ Review: Netflix’s Top-Secret New Show Is Weird as Hell''
- This show is unlike any other you’ve seen.

oh and +1 for that shot on the lava field of Làki in Iceland!
Can't wait to watch that show this weekend.

OMG TAKE ALL MY MONEY!!!1!
''In flashbacks that Prairie (Marling) narrates, there are fairy tale-like detours into a haunted childhood in Russia. There’s the specter of an adolescence spent in medication-induced depression.
There are nosebleed-inducing dreams she’s convinced are dark premonitions.
There’s a love story, a few kidnappings, immoral science, interdimensional travel, magical healing, an Indian goddess, and a spellbinding dance I can only describe as the choreographic equivalent of two furiously hissing cats.''

Can't wait till Monday when more people have watched the series so we can discuss. Official spoilers below I would imagine. Read further with caution.

Just finished episode 2 last night. Loving it so far, even if it's slower-paced (which I find quite refreshing).
The way they did the intro credits two-thirds into Ep 1 I thought was really clever.
- Ramanisky20
aaaaaand I'm done.

- Did you like it? It went somewhere i wasnt expecting.shellie
- I feel like I would spoil with anything I say.Ramanisky2

I love and hate the way Netflix gives me the whole series at once. Ill just take it all in one sitting if it's 10 episodes or less. I need them to drip that content so i don't have the option to mainline the whole load. Sometimes things are better when you have to wait.
- DRIFTMONKEY2
Well, that was interesting. Very weird. I liked it, but I can't articulate why. Fuck, that was weird.
- I felt the same way. So strange and disorienting. But I liked it.sea_sea
