How do you render file sequences within a work area out of Adobe Premiere, but preserve the frame numbers in the sequence itself? Everytime I do this, it renders the work area, and renumbers them to 0.
Stupidest thing ever

you can use in and out markers (short cut "i" and "o" respectively)
then I think it exports the image sequence with the propper numbers
just set at the exporter to use "Sequence In/Out" right below the output preview

Yeah I did that, but it automatically renders it as frame 0

Yea, just tried it here
You can batch rename the frames using Bridge, if you really need it.
I'm sure it can count, and you can set the first number to be the first frame number on your sequencePrettty dumb thing Premiere doing that indeed, I know after effects renders the frame number correctly
- Yeah thats the solution, but it's a horrendous workflow, and a stupid problem that Adobe createdtwooh

Not really sure what you're asking here. Create a subsequence?

Say I have a sequence frames 0-100. I want to rerender 50-60 because I have an updated shot. So I really only want to render 50-60, so thats what I set my work area to.
Premiere will do that, but will name them frames 0-10 when I output them
- yes, frame numbers are important in certain types of workflows, that`s why twooh needs the numbersfeel
