I'm pretty much done most things, as well as digital. But never really mastered it above being able to design and make it look pretty. What are some sites I should look at or things I should do to get more up to speed.

You need to offer a point of reference so people can give you suggestions. Something like: I do this kind of work (example A) but would like to do more of this type of work (example B).
