Negotiating with/through recruiter

Anyone have experience with this? I'm in the tail end of the process here and it looks like the studio will make an offer in the next couple of days. The recruiter has told me what the offer will be from them - and I'm wondering if there is generally room to negotiate once you see the official offer. Seeing as I don't know the studio's policy on vacation, benefits etc. And I do know that the role has a substantial amount of travel associated with it. It would seem like there should be some room to negotiate, but I'm unsure as I haven't really dealt with this too much in the past.
Any help is much appreciated.

"Seeing as I don't know the studio's policy on vacation, benefits etc."
Why would you be considering taking a job offer without knowing the basic facts about the role?

^ I know the facts about the role itself - I don't know the specific policies on benefits associated with the role, my bad for not asking. In Canada there's fairly common standards as far as all of that goes, and based on past experience a lot of times those things aren't really revealed until an offer is made.

^ you're going to be on probation for 3mo anyways. If all goes well, renegotiate at the end of that 3 mos

If you're gonna squander over a couple of vacation and sick days, it will look terribly pathetic.
