- @continuity could be better. It was a thin shell that cracked - not the thick tough scrapping yr palate that artisanal breads sometimes have...skinny_puppy
- ...which pleased me, but also now made me annoyed with local bakers. But it wasn't crackly like I think it should be. Need to fine tune the baking process.skinny_puppy
