Yelp sucks... but just an idea of what I'm speaking of.
NO OLD HEADS!

The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA) protects individuals who are 40 years of age or older from employment discrimination based on age.

Sadly this happens every day...in the good oldé US of A!

I would not be surprised if Yelp would also include (White & Asian males only!) in their recruiting adverts.

CyBrainX yelp was just an example of this growing trend that I've seen in some companies in the bay and NY, only hiring early 20 somethings. They found a language loop hole.

I don’t think this is a case of “language loop hole” or any kind of age discrimination. It just sounds like they are filling out that team with a junior level person. They probably already have plenty of senior level folks.
Besides that job listing is in their “College” department so I’m sure there’s a reason they’re looking for new grads only.
They’re also looking for regular UI Designers in their “Product” department (towards the bottom); So the “New Grads” thing is probably just a college specific product that requires a new grad.
