QBN NY'ers, any ideas of where I could go that does NOT require a ride to get to + get around town?
Thinking of heading to New Paltz for the weekend just for a mini getaway. Maybe Toronto, but that's quite a bit of a trip.

Catskill Mountains.
Express bus goes up there.- Woodstock area is best for no car. But theres a few other small towns with bars and shite.dirtydesign

Montauk is pretty rad too.
- The hamptons has spilt over to it. Sad. 75$ a night at Ron-jo is now a boutique hotel for 500$. Still a few nice places. hurry before it's too late.BH26

Philadelphia and DC are cheap to get to by bus. Amtrak is nicer.
