Turkey panic, about 5-6 hrs from dinner, we have agreed to cook turkey and bring over to bro in laws, wife panicking because we realize now our turkey is 18lbs and our time window is cooked! But solution! My wife said get on learn how we can spatchcock that bird! This is what my life is focused on this very moment fyi. Merry xmas.
