DIY Wedding Collateral

My go-to printer is dragging their feet on my wedding collateral (just Save The Dates and Thank You cards for now). Wouldn't mind saving a few bucks on these anyway and putting it towards other expenses.
Has anyone used a decent online printer for something like this?

I just did some recently and ended up using vistaprint. I wouldn't have even considered it if it weren't for a coworkers recommendation, but the 100lb "premium" stock is decent, and they will actually do like 10pc minimums if you call them up. So I got 10 postcard invites and 10 custom envelops with a 50% coupon for like $12. And after seeing them. I think they're just fine. Better than the $150 ones I did for my brother a while back. I'd give them a shot and see if it works for you.

Thanks for the suggestions. Vistaprint is definitely pretty affordable but their UI sucks and kept stretching the images I tried uploading.
Looking at overnightprints.com - they have a 110lb premium stock that sounds pretty good. May just do some test prints and see how they come out.
