i dunno, seems really 2006 and the focus seems to be more on the style than the story, which admittedly is pretty weak. rival gangs with a romeo and juliet relationship? done to death...
hope they achieve their goals though, looks like they're working really hard on it

I dig the illustrations and it does seem a bit dated I guess but I'd still watch it.
@SCARABIN in terms of animation what's more "2014". I'm interested... I don't pay much attention to it anymore.

when i say 2006 i refer more to that period in time when mcdonald's started putting hip hop in their commercials and suddenly everyone was a grafitti artist and white folks started making "urban" video games that were mostly just vehicles for cringe. maybe it just feels like it's trying too hard or something.
but that's just me, and there's obviously a lot of talent at work here
