the 'slide up' menu (brightness, volume, torch, wi-fi) look different, very flat, just icons, no text. And the 'slide up' seems to work better.

Do the health apps recognise cycling yet? Hopefully this won't be just for the new M8 chip and will work on the 5s.

When the iPhone is plugged in. We can now say "hey siri" to bring her out without touching the phone. So you can talk with Siri while surfing the web.
That option is OFF by default.

I find it funny how these features can show up after being on Android for ages, and there's an entire thread dedicated to it.

One of my favorite features for Mail is the right full swipe to delete the message. It eliminates the need to swipe, tap.

Also the double-tap-home action. Recent contacts is really handly.
