Wondering if anyone can offer up examples of flex work options that you may have available to you by your employer or what you offer to your employees.
Examples: summer hours, telecommute (work from home) options, shorten work weeks etc.

Our firm started a flexibility program where groups proposed their own flexibility plans, shared them with groups and with leadership, and had them approved. Our team, for example, has many individuals working from home in different states, leaving part of the team in an office all the time. To balance things out, we proposed letting the office-work people telecommute once a week on a rotating basis, so now everyone gets a taste of it.

My old job (worked at a university) was 8am-5pm during the school year and 7:30am-4:30pm during the summer. For the last few years I worked there, I worked from home on Fridays.
My wife, who is still in higher-ed, has Fridays off during the summer, but works longer days Mon-Thurs to more-or-less even it out.

put in 8 hours a day. doesn't matter when you come in or when you leave. kind of nice because a lot of people come in earlier or later to avoid traffic.
would be nicer if it were 'get 40 hours a week doesn't matter when'
