DIGITAL/WEB DEVELOPERS WANTED FOR FREE EAST LONDON STUDIO SHARE
Located near Canary Wharf, Bentley Holland (www.bentleyholland.co.uk) has FREE desk space available for two web developers, including access to our facilities (internet, kitchen, board room etc). You will have your own mezzanine floor work space, separate from the main studio.
The only prerequisite is that, from time to time, we may require your help and guidance on some digital/web projects that we have going through the studio. There is also the possibility that we could commission you for live client projects.
So, if you are two experienced, freelance web developers or a web developing duo (with knowledge of html5, CSS3, jquery and wordpress) looking for a home (for FREE!) in a small, friendly design and marketing agency, please get in touch.
Nice, thoughtful, easy-going people only please!
For more information please contact Tim on 020 7537 7575 or

"Hey, we need you to fix this thing for us."
"Ok, I'll put it on my to do list, but I've got a full load of client work at the moment. Might be next week, or later."
"Well, we really need it now."
"I'm sure you do, but my clients are my priority."
"But we gave you this desk!"
"Well, you can take your desk back, if you like. But that won't get your problem solved any faster, will it?"

No, we've not like that. Some people are actually nice, like us.
Free work space and possible work – depending if we like you or not. Isn't that a WIN, WIN situation?

People with "ski" in their name are usually good people

it's win win when both parties know what they're getting and giving.
you're giving your mezzanine away but how much help do you expect for that ?office space isn't expensive to the point that TWO (as you require) experienced web developers wouldn't be able to afford it.
and how much billing time would that equal to for them ? probably not much.- i don't doubt that your intentions are good but this could easily turn into a nightmarespl33nidoru
- Just get it in writing, that way everybody knows exactly what they're getting out of the deal.ORAZAL

@matski have you tried this site?
I've seen many offers similar to yours in there ;)
- matski0
No I haven't. Thanks chrisRG.

Just come to an agreement of the x number of hours/month of work required for the space. This would be a great opportunity for a developer, best way to get work is to work with people needing your service.
