it's win win when both parties know what they're getting and giving.
you're giving your mezzanine away but how much help do you expect for that ?office space isn't expensive to the point that TWO (as you require) experienced web developers wouldn't be able to afford it.
and how much billing time would that equal to for them ? probably not much.- i don't doubt that your intentions are good but this could easily turn into a nightmarespl33nidoru
