Next year:
Get one of those quadrocopters. Learn how to fly it, equip with camera and have goggles to view the camera through.
Next, affix a life sized face printout of a coworker who works against windows in your office building. Obviously not too high or in the middle of a major downtown area. Fly the thing up to their window area and scare the crap of them. If using their face doesn't work, print out a photo of their mom or dad or a college professor and use that instead.
Extra special awesome option:
Get REALLY good at flying it . Affix some kind of long pole to the front where you can attach something, like papers from their desk or a family photo of theirs. Figure out how to coat the item in glue, or tape up the edges, attach it to the pole (that's the tricky part) and fly ever so closely to their window at night and affix that photo or whatever to their widow, so the image is facing inward. The higher the floor they're on, the more awesome it will be for them to discover it on the outside of the window.
