Ok, agency might not be the best word. But do we have any QBNers that have gone from solo freelancer into more of a small agency?
I'm looking for some people to interview who've been on this journey so they can inspire the next generation that want to do the same...

I started freelancing in 2005; now I work with seven others (designers, developers, writers, etc.). I can't believe it's almost been 10 years already.

i did it all in reverse i started an agency in 1998 and in 2007 moved away and became a corporate wage slave to save my sanity (and fill my pockets)

Define agency vs firm vs studio?

Went straight from uni into running own business so kind of skipped the freelance stage. Started back in 2001...damn i feel old!

Studio - Typically does design, art direction, photography, coding/programming,
Agency - Typically does media buying, research, strategy, write briefs. Might outsource creative.
Firm - Somewhere in between, you choose.
