Always bring your resume. Sometimes a person you meet doesn't know your background and will ask for it.
Have a card and maybe offer one at the end if they don't give you a card first.
Always be prepared, but don't force things on people. Interviews that are mostly conversation usually work out best.

Interviewed a guy recently who brought no résumé or printed work and his "portfolio" was him taking two minutes at a time to search through his hard drive to display his work, (by pressing the space bar button). Don't do that.
