Photoshop CC paths

In previous versions, you could only drag select points within one path/shape/vector mask at a time. Now, by default, it will select points on every form of vectorness in the entire PSD on any level. 99% of the time I don't want this.
Is there any way to force drag selection of paths to the currently selected path instead?
This refers to the Creative Cloud version only. Thanks in advance.

Probably because you have auto-select layer on. If it's off, you can only edit the mask shape on the layer you have selected. Not sure, but that was my first thought.

nah! drag select the point you want (like you said it will select all the shapes you have hover over) then double click the shape that you want to work with and it will be isolated from the rest.
you are welcome
- cool, like Illustratormonospaced

The isolation mode is the real solution here. Yes, it's a new feature in Photoshop. Thanks for the tip. Here are some other new features.

I love the rounded corner parameters.
Smart sharpen is pretty good but you have to use it subtly.

Ok, next question,
Sometimes you have corner radius options in the Properties panel. Other times, they're gone. How do you get them back. Or do vectors lose their editability somehow?
