It's the player. Check to see if there's some kind of wmode equivalent for it. When the player fails (I didn't have the plugin installed) the menus appeared in front of the iframe.

take a look at this drop down menu
looks fine in Firefox/Opera but in Chrome/Safari/IE it goes under the iframe , using the iframe for better placement and less messy code but I guess I could just embed it on the page ....
I know this is a z-index issue i have tried restacking but no luck can anyone check out the code and let me know if you have solved this before
