I'm headed to Belize for a week tonight. Any places I should see/ things I should do?

My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and the island of San Pedro is cool. Small but cool. We went snorkeling, fishing, cave tubing, and to the Xunantinich Mayan temple.
We split our time half on San Pedro, and half in Belize city. Belize city is nothing too special. The food was okay, the local beer is Belikin and is passable but the locals are nice.
I posted a vid up of our trip and the fishing excursion was cool. You get picked up in a motor boat, go snorkel and fish at some really nice reef, then you go to a small island where these guys prepare and serve what you just caught.
