List the gripes you need to get off your chest. Here's a good one I just got.
To finalize the attached email invitation that you created for our client (which they loved and approved with no changes!), can you please add the below information to the place holder we included within?

I literatally — just now — lost my shit at an account monkey, because when I asked what the deadline was, I got 'ASAP'.
ASAP is _not_ a valid deadline. Give me a date and time if you want me to work on this.
- ASAP' means so many things to so many people - for some of my clients, it's NOW!!, others 2 weeks. *shrugs*detritus
- Exactly. The fact ASAP means different things to different people invalidates it as a deadline, as far I'm concerned.Continuity
- Also, literatally = literallyContinuity
- ASAP can mean, I need this right now, but not going to lay pressure just yet incase you are already busy.inteliboy

I'm sorry I'm bringing this to you the last second.
No, you're not. I know you could have brought it to us earlier. Also, you'll do it again and again in the future.
