Trying to remember an old PC game I used to thrash aaages ago (1999ish?)
Basically it was an arena deathmatch combat racing game where you ride hoverbikes that can shoot out these long mechanical tentacles. You could use these tentacles to pull enemy riders off their bikes, or even tie 2 enemies bikes to each other so they'd crash or just kill each other.
There were also several semiclothed slaves (on foot) that were either just hanging out or running in fear around the stadium. You could use the tentacles to pick them up and hurl them at opponents, or even attach them to other slaves and make slave clotheslines that could decapitate anyone that tried to ride under. It was really bloody and the sfx were sick.
Anyway the whole hoverbike / tentacle thing sounds futuristic but it wasnt at all. The styling was somewhere between nazi germany and ancient greece. The bikes sorta looked like ducati cafe racers without wheels..
Anyway.. ring any bells?
