In the past 10 years we had the iPhone, iPad, etc. What new computer technology do you think we will see in the next decade?

Neuro stuff.

The next decade will be more boring than you think. Neuro stuff is ways off.
Some wearable tech like watches, necklaces, vr headsets, glasses will become normal -- though it still will be dorky. Flexible screens will be everywhere. Most people won't need to buy a computer and just use their phone/device and the "cloud" as a processor that connects to whatever you want (TV, monitor, car etc) - I'd say where at a tipping point right now with tablets/phones vs actual computers.
I think the world of crowdfunding is very interesting. Almost like the independent film industry in the 90's.
I love thinking about this stuff. Logically stepping forward decade by decade. 20 years, 100 years, 200 years, 1000 years... 10,000 years. The mind boggles.

I don't know what we'll get, but I can tell you what I want.
More and faster free Wifi in more places. Preferably everywhere.

Free banking and unmetered internet in Australia would be a nice fucking start.

Prediction: Monsanto will create a GMO human being, which they will patent, and sell as agricultural labour.
unlikely?
Maybe a GMO cow or something more likely?

I'd like to think we'd be moving towards a more sustainable way of living. I don't want more things, just better things. At the moment, it's just more of the same, over and over again.
