1. Get someone (pref English) to proofread it.
2. If it's a graphic design internship you're after, I would put all your design work first and not your photography.
3. Yep, too much work to look at but you have some nice work.
4. I don't think you're doing yourself any favours by saying that you've been designing since 2006 if you're looking for an internship.
Good luck!

Personally, I wouldn't lead with photography in the Nav.
I would however, have some content up front - personally, I dislike landing on a page that has no engaging content or at least attests to what it is you want to achieve (I say this as photographer/designer/videoprodu... says "I'm not sure what I want to do" over "look at all the shiny shiny I can do!").
Your illustration work looks like it has potential, but it's hidden away.
Some good work there - good luck!

make it clear you don't suffer from insomnia in the motion section.

The photography is the weakest part of your portfolio, I'd move it to the end and curate it a bit more, down to your best 10 shots.
Some of you graphic work is strong. Good luck.

Too much stuff of varying quality, you need to pare back to the best work.
lose the "best of five" poster and the ASB stuff. in fact the 'other' section under graphic design could be eliminated all together with posters moved to posters, and Dali type moved to Misc section.
I'd get rid of the 'sketches' section entirely, not a lot of significant work in there IMO.
If your focus is design, move photos 2nd or 3rd in navigation. Move the library logo up to 2nd position in graphic design section

first thing i would say is have your domain http://www.schneekind.org/ redirect to your site portfolio.. forbidden access messages on the root of a website is pretty unprofessional..
and if http://www.schneekind.org/ isnt your website, spend the $5 and get your own..
- it's my domain but i don't want to put my unfinished website in the root directory...schneekind

Why do kids these days want an intership rather than a job???

1. Why do you have a nav on the left and thumbnails? Don't they do the same job?
2. I would like to see an about section to know a bit about yourself.
3. Perhaps some more info on the tumbrils, like type of project. These feel under designed.
4. Consider a rollover state on the tumbs
5. There is quite a lot to look at there with little hierarchy. Some inspiration:
