I'm part of a company that allows you to give out 'anonymous' email addresses that work with your real email address if you want them to, and can be 'turned off' with a simple switch.

It's not exactly what you're looking for there (we're working on the send anonymously strategy at the moment), but it's great for when websites require an email address, and much less hassle than juggling junk accounts.
