GA: Brazil & Russia?

According to Google Analytics, I'm getting a lot of hits from Brazil and Russia lately.
Now I can't imagine that anyone there would care about my work or find me.
Are these spam hits? Should I be worried?

What possible scenario are you coming up with, that makes you scared that people in russia or brasil are visiting your site?

I don't care. I just don't believe these high numbers are really actual people.
Just wondering if anyone thought it might be a hacking issue or something.
