Means to collect photo submissions

  I have a client who want to collect some photo submissions along with some basic info (Name, contact info, photo caption).

  Any existing web services out there for this I can just use? It's for a ASP.Net setup. or I would just whip something together in PHP.

  Honestly I would look into wordpress. Granted I have no basis for suggesting this, but it's php and some schmucjk has probably written a plugin that does what you want.
