I'd would hire a couple of my ex-bosses if they prove worthy of the janitorial tasks.

hahaha. they work well with us. (based on some smaller projects over the last couple years). i know conventional wisdom says to avoid it. but our situations so far have been mutually beneficial. just curious if others have traveled that road. the role reversal is an adjustment. but we communicate well and know what we're all capable of.
