There are some posts by spammers not deleted on some threads, that makes me believe some accounts have not been banned therefore can be used to keep posting spam.
Is that too hard to understand?

It's not like we had one random guy posting spam, some days the whole public voice list was all spam threads. Then they started to post spam in legit threads.
