    First thing to do, go and see a doctor and tell them how stressed and depressed you're feeling due to this situation (even if you're not). It will help your case if and when you take legal action.
    Second thing to do. Set-up a meeting with your (old) HR dept. Talk through the dismissal. Pre-meeting, ask them to present all paper work relating to your case - review documents, documents from your old boss to HR about you etc. If it goes in your favor work-out a deal with them. If it doesn't go in your favor tell them that you will be seeking legal advice. Be prepared for a harsh meeting.
    Thirdly, if needed. Seek legal advice.
    As mono said, 'it's now or never'. You have to act on these things fairly quickly.
