  Go to Photoshop application folder, into "Presets" folder, into "Color Swatches" folder and delete or move into different folder the swatch files you don't need. Grab flavored coffee, put feet up on desk.

  I created a custom color palette ans loaded into my colors panel. It now appears in the list when I choose to load a custom color palette. GOOD.

  BAD I want to delete some old ones that are in there...is this possible? If so, how?
