Seek Wordpress Plugin for banner ads

  Hello,
  does anyone know a plugin for wordpress which would allow me to upload flash banners (or just one) in the backend to display them in a blog?

  I don't have adserver codes to paste and I don't want to display GIF banners only.

  Does such a plugin exist?

  Works with Flash / Images / third-party ads and is easy to set up
