nice ad campaign, i dig it.

It's called advertising people. Don't be so literal.
They produced it. You watched it. You're talking about it. They've succeeded.
End of story bro.

What gets me about braille, is why they have it on elevator buttons - in parking lots..

the video going viral might be the 'real' campaign here...
but it's still original and clever. (this thread for example).

Melikes!
Blind people are left out in quite a large number of things, and while the campaign isn't trying to save the world (why would they... they just sell burgers) is putting a smile on their face.

it is worth the effort, instead of wrapping it in paper with braille print?
- sine0
^ yes. it's effective, and not only does it reach the blind, but their able target market as well. very clever.
btw. i don't rate their burgers, but they make a decent breakfast and club sandwhich for a fast food joint ;)
- and i think it's sincere. doesn't come across as condescending to me.sine

A very cool idea. My 9yr old got it immediately and thought it was awesome they actually took the time to think about the blind. How many companies would have braille menus?
I think the cynical ones are the people complaining about it. These ads may just encourage other businesses to think more about how they can serve less able people better.

That is so fun, and really endearing for the company. This kind of stuff always re-energizes my passion to affect my own simple, meaningful ideas for clients.
Thanks for the share!

Seeing people don‘t get "This is a burger" written on top of the burger, so I don’t see the point of blind people getting it written all over it. They can just fucking feel and taste that what they are eating is a burger. They‘re not dumb, and their other senses work pretty well... This whole campaign is totally forced marketing bullshit...
- it was to help alert them to the braille menus... I'm sure it was explained as well.Amicus

I cringed when he cut the first baked bun and just let the braille top end clatter on the surface.
Really nice piece, if a little self-adulating.
