What's the best App on the Mac for ripping DVD's to MKV & MP4?
I also want to take the soundtrack off a White Stripes Live DVD, is it possible to rip that without ripping the movie file too?

do not know.

with rip it you can select what items you want ripped, and I believe you can do the same in handbrake...
