Guys,
Is it good to update iPad 2 to iOS 5?
So far I've heard a lot of bad opinions about v5 - WiFi problems and so on.On the second note - any problems with the home button? Randomly it gets very unresponsive (other people have same issue). Does iOS 5 resolves that issue?

No problems here, so far. No difference, at all, that I can see, either.
So, to answer your question: No

It was fairly ok for me on iPad 1, only Safari crashing on some sites (e.g. always on facebook.com), Twitter app crashing sometimes when opening websites...
iCloud sucks balls. Even if I had turned fairly minimal syncing on, every newly installed app got synced with the cloud. You have to disable each manually after installing, there is no way to turn off all app syncing in settings.
How did I find out about that? Apple sent me a friendly email telling me I almost reached 5GB iCloud storage and would have to start paying for it soon. Good thing I don't have a bandwidth limit and didn't have to pay for that too...
Another fun feature: iCloud contact sync caused a duplication of contacts on my iPhone (not on 5 yet)...
On iPad 2 I have yet to upgrade to iOS5. Not that I don't want to but I just installed Cydia for the first time on the iPad and I found out jailbreaking still made sense, some interesting apps there.
Eventually I'll upgrade it to 5, if only for position:fixed in Safari's CSS :D
