Congratulations! Wow, that's a lot of weight in a very short period. I lost about 15lbs in about 3 months. I discovered that running 3-4 miles 4x (min) a week is all I need to do to shed weight. Stopped eating crap but still have wine.
Trick I learned about running: land on the backside of the ball of your foot, as lightly as possible, rather than the heel. Couldn't run for years because of knee problems...no more. :)

maintaining it is whole other story- but nice job
60 pounds ain't no jokeRamanisky2 - Yeah, the maintenance thing is the hard part, but once you get into the groove of going to the gym it becomes OCDish.rson

I found that when you are really overweight is really easy to loose but once you are getting closer to your specified weight is harder. CONGRATS being in shape really opens doors LOL

This. Recently completely changed my diet 100%, running 4 miles a night and doing cardio as well. Lost 25 pounds and in the best shape of my life. Never felt better. Congrats on your improvement, keep it up!

Respect. Loosing that much is no joke. You should celebrate by picking up a new sport (helps a bit with burn out).
