cartoon about sound using shapes

Crew,
looking for a vintage cartoon about sound that used lines and shapes to illustrate.
So there would be a line, the line would speak to a box, the box would call a circle or something.PS - haven't tripped in many years - don't think it was a Hallucination : )
Not sure if it was a disney one or old WB.
I believe it was pretty jazzy, so maybe 60s?
only one I could find was by seseme street - but definitely not it:

yep there were a few, but the cartoon I'm searching for is not sesame street - they just happen to be the only examples I can find at this point.:

- they were pretty cool for about 45 seconds... then i lost interest. i'm still learning myself about deaf culture, inly been 1.5 yearsbjladams
