On an iPad I want to be able to sketch on top of browser window visual with a client to discuss webpage features during the wireframe process.

There are some apps that allow you to sketch over web pages: Websketcher and smart pad - pro markup. But I'm assuming you want a wireframe sketch pad like Mockupsme.wireframes. At £54 I'd use a pen and piece of paper or sketch it on your iPad?

that sounds cool. not sure if you can do it over a live website, but that would be nice. As far as I know it would have to be screenshots.
