Yes, I use it on many of the WordPress sites that I set up for my clients. Never had to do a restoration from it *knock on wood* but it's peace of mind knowing that all website files are automatically backed up to a remote server on a weekly basis.
Have not had any issues with it interfering with other plugins, themes, etc... yet, but I've only been using it for a few months now.
Based on my experience thus far I would recommend it if you're serious about backing up your data.
