Hey all,
I have a friend who is unloading his view camera equipment for really cheap. Here is a list of what he has. Let me know if you have any interest. Here is a shot of the large format stuff I have had in boxes. I did some dusting. Most was kept wrapped in plastic but some time with a compressor would be great. It pains me to see it go so I am hoping to find these bits a home where they can get out and shoot.
• Cambo 4X5 with fresnel rotating back
• Arca Swiss 8X10 including bag belows and rotating 4X5 back 9has small crack in glass at corner but still fine)
• 210mm Fujinon - L F5.6-64. Good shape
• 240mm Schneider-Kreuznach G Claron, F9-90. Lens is good but threads at front to attach filter are dinged. So it is “damaged, but works fine. Attach rings inside camera works fine.
• 300mm Nikkor - M, F9 - 128. Good.
• 2 padded lens bags.
• 3 additional lens boards in various Copal sizes - 1 Cambo and 2 Arca Swiss
• Sekonic Digi-lite F, Model 328. Plastic box holding dome is loose, but work perfectly
•X-Ray Proof bag for films etc, Lupe, Neutral density viewer, 2 way level, 2 shutter releases
•4X5 Polaroid Back
• 17 4X5 holders, 5 5X7 holders (strays), 2 8X10 holders
•Bogen 3036 HEAVY duty Tripod (needs clamp ring for mount at top
• Fliters 62mm - Soft FX(warm / portrait), yellow, orange, red, 72mm clear 81A
•Misc Stepping Rings
•Shroud
• 1 open and 1 new box of singles, open box is pretty full.
• 2 Nikon SC-17 flash cords and another 3’ cord to synch up to 3 flashes. I am happy to sell these separately as I know “some” people use Canon stuff :-)

this is some very nice stuff... I'd put it on a huger, even stronger tripod, but the list is pretty good... Unfortunately I know of more people selling than buying stuff like this these days.... If he's willing to split stuff up, he may have some takers but risk getting stuck with stuff...
It's insane what you can get for cheap these days if you're into film,

A few months ago I would have been all over this as I've been wanting to give the large format stuff a try. But as it is, money's tight and the missus isn't really digging me using the crisper in the fridge to store my film.
You might see what kind of money you could make selling the stuff to a used camera place like KEH.

Jacque,
good point. I just think he would rather sell it to someone who would use it and be happy knowing it is in good hands. He's had this stuff for a long time and doesn't really want to see it go to waste.
