Say I want to show my colleague, thats to lazy to move over to my screen, a screenshot of my new marvelous design? Is there any quicker way of doing this, than mailing/dropboxxing? Screensharing? Special app?

Here at work we use ichat with bonjour over the network and paste our screencaps in the chat window.

File Shuttle (works with your FTP)

What these allow you to do is do a quick screen shot, it will upload the file to your web server, generate a url and copy it to clipboard. All you do is just paste the online url to the image.
