Questions to ask at interviews...

  1) How many of their upper studio/creative people are internal promotions and how many were hired on into those positions?
  2) What's the culture of the place – regular company get-togethers, sports teams, summer hours, pets allowed?
  3) Who are their key or anchor clients (and will you be working on them?) and how long have they held those accounts?
  4) How many chefs are there in the kitchen, so to speak?
