My friend would like to know if there is any software out there to add a task bar to his mac that behaves more like windows instead of the dock.

Download a theme or stop being retarded. they're only 3 pixel roundings.
OH NO THE WINDOW CORNERS ARE ROUNDED I CAN'T DO ANY WORK.
If you think it will increase performance... it won't because the desktop is composited so alphas make no difference
