I got one of those cox communications notices. it wasn't even me. my sister used my wireless internet and downloaded a movie and was seeding it. total idiot.

If he's really being sued he hasn't done anything illegal they are just picking and choosing their battles and trying to get away with. Obviously many millions of people download 'some movie' and don't get any warning let alone a law suit so he's being made an example of. They are throwing their weight around, he still has plenty of defence if he gets a good lawyer.
