I'll stick with my old one

Very dissapointing.
High iso looks no better than the ep1 which was launched years ago.
I cant see any reasons to but this over the epl2. Only major differences is the auto focus is faster.Lazy olympus, they have a great view finder and IBIS, but not much else. Panasonic have brought 2 ground breaking video cameras, a new sensor, lossless video cropping and some great lenses.
Don't get me wrong the pens are great, but panasonic are advancing m43 a lot more than oly.

After browsing sound vids I am impressed with olympus new lenses. A 45mm 1.8 FINALLY a lens to take the place of the classic portrait 50mm 1.8 found on DSLRS. I would have rather it be at 40mm though.
The new pen mini and the epl3 more so look very interesting. The ep3 is just waaaaay to similar to the epl2 in terms of features.

I'm with hombre here.
Admitedly it was the styling of the Olympus' that caught my eye back when i started looking at interchangeable lens cameras.
However the specs of the Panasonics from the series 2 of the models onwards sets Panasonic miles ahead of Olympus. Miles! These new olympus cameras are now gimmick cameras and not for serious photographers.

I'm excited.
Will be purchasing either the EP-3 or the Panasonic GF3

^@joshtrix question
in my experience the video on the pens is very poor compared to the video on the GF series.
GF3 vs E-pl2? they are very different. GF3 is more compact camera upgrade orientated, the E-pl2 is enthusiast orientated. Naturally you get more dials and buttons on the E-pl2.
the GF3 cant have the attachable evf also. the gf3 is smaller. i'd probably go for an e-pl2 between those 2 (as the GF1 is small enough for me), but i dont know them 100% so check them out.

It's the Ep-3 and Epl-3 that are the new ones.. epl2 will be defunct soon. Also the new Olympuses are a step up in terms of video - 1080 when the Ep1s and 2s were 720 (my gf has an Ep1). Someone has said that the sensors in the new olympuses and panasonics are very similar (panasonic made I think), so I assume the cameras will have similar video too

^the sensor in the e-p3 is not new, its the same as the E-pl2.
the e-pl3 has a new sensor."the new Olympuses are a step up in terms of video"
no no no. Have you seen the e-p3 video samples?Compact cameras have better video. thats not an exaggeration. Dont be impressed by 1080 resolution, be impressed by video quality. 1080 can still be awful, as seen.
