offset? find a small shop that specializes in 2-3 color.

What's your budget? I did some nice one's for my sister's wedding - foil stamped envelopes with a logo I designed for them, then some cheaper printed inserts (just a local printer that printed on a watercolor like paper - colors weren't perfect, but it looked great all together).
Then got a wax stamp for the seal (again with the logo).
Looked great and very custom, but didn't cost a fortune (I spent a lot of time looking around).
- they were custom, unique fold out holders that went in envelopes, just to be clear ;-)formed

What are you looking to get printed?
I've just got a load of quotes for wedding invites back this morning. I'll post them here if they're relevant.

$800 should be plenty.

Find a local, small 2-color shop. They'll probably let you bring in your own paper as well. $800 should be more than enough for some simple 1 & 2-color pieces (invite card, remit card, maybe some envelopes).
