There are emulators for Blackberry: http://us.blackberry.com/develop… (but only on PC)
The iphone emulator from Apple only works in OSX and I don't know what is available for Android but Android and iPhone both run WebKit so websites render similarity aside from Flash.- link to the Apple iphone simulator?dbloc

nothing beats: http://www.deviceanywhere.com It's an actual phone you are testing on. Sometimes with popular phones you may have to wait a few hours though but other then that I have not seen anything with such a wide range of phones to test on. We were doing work for AT&T and they suggested this as it is what they use to test their native apps.
- < I guess I'll have to sign up for a 3 hour test trial to see anything.dbloc

Just got off the phone with http://www.deviceanywhere.com.
Cheapest package is around 3K/year
definitely looking for something more affordable than that.
- yeah since it was through my company at the time I really did not know the cost. The free trial is worth it to see what it does though.
